I picked the Designer's Choice arrangement to send as a Get Well bouquet for a friend and she loved the arrangement; said she hadn't heard of this florist yet but that she would definitely use them in the future. The staff was also very responsive, and friendly, when I e-mailed a question. The florist was reasonable and refunded a portion of my money when I wasn’t happy with an arrangement. She offered to send flowers to a different recipient to compensate me. She is a reasonable business owner, and I would definitely do business with her again. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for letting us know, and I'm very sorry your bouquet arrived looking tired and smaller than expected. We take freshness and presentation seriously - please contact us at the shop or reply here with your order details so we can make this right. We appreciate the chance to fix it and regain your trust. We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
